It's great on pasta, baked potatoes, pizza, or bread. The right, fresh ingredients and you will never buy pesto again. Gnocchi; Italian dumplings in different shapes and forms. They are made of small pieces of dough most traditionally composed of a combination of potato, flour, egg and salt. Tiramisu: a famous coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of cookies, usually lady fingers dipped in coffee, layered with mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa.

One of which we will make in this workshop: Seafood and Chicken Paella; Paella, in Catalan cuisine, is a dish of saffron infused rice cooked with meats, seafood, and vegetables. Originating in the rice-growing areas on the Mediterranean coast, the dish is especially associated with the region of Valencia. Croquetas de Jamón is a type of tapas. Croquetas are one of those dishes which can make it to your list of favourite comfort foods. Fried and crunchy, and it can literally be any flavour you like! Croquetas de Jamón is one of the main favourites. Crèma Catalana; There is nothing better than ending a leisurely lunch (or dinner) with a Crema Catalana and a strong café solo. Maybe not as famous as the French Creme Brûlée, but certainly as delicious.
