The Italians crossbred the lemon with bitter orange until they had the Amalfi lemon. Chefs love them. In this workshop, we will make a great variety of dishes with lemon.
Sicilian Lemon Tart tastes unbelievable and is sure to get a lot of appreciation from your dinner guests or family. Usually it is made with Amalfi Lemons; large, fragrant and very juicy, but we will have to make different ones for now. The sweet pastry that is required for this recipe we will make as well.
