Cooking Workshops

Our workshops aspire to maintain a friendly forum where chefs of all levels can learn and improve their skills. Whether you’re a complete novice or a kitchen pro, there are workshops for everyone at Limeleaf Kitchen with Chef Chris.

Choose from a number of day-long classes with a specific topic like chocolate or almond, or a region like Italy or France. Our workshop program is changing regularly, new topics are being added and we also work on request. During the workshop you will learn how to make the specific dishes hands-on, Chef Chris will show you how to perfect your cooking skills. Afterwards you can enjoy the fruits of your labour, as you will be taking the different dishes you prepared home to share with friends and family, because it is a lot! But you can also decide to keep it all to yourself.

Our cooking workshops are designed to be informative and hands-on, and easy going enough that you’ll have fun while you learn. The workshops are in English, with Thai speaking assistance, should this be required. Whether you’re attending in a pair or are part of a group, our flexible lesson space will have you covered. It’s also a great location for corporate events or special occasions.

There are also specialty workshops for chefs, experienced cooks who want to improve their skill set for working on board a yacht. Limeleaf Kitchen in Chiang Mai makes it a great place to enjoy cooking and to learn whilst on vacation after a busy season working onboard a super yacht or to brush up your skills prior to joining a yacht.
